that we’ve chosen…

1. Green Dragon

With of a splash of crème de menthe, Kummel and orange, this cocktail can be an
acquired taste. Here’s the ingredients you will need :

  • lemon
  • orange bitters
  • gin
  • Kummel
  • green creme de menthe

To make this authentic cocktail, combine all the ingredients above into a sturdy cocktail shaker. Add in some ice and
shake until chilled. Pour into cold glass and serve!

2. Jade Cocktail

In Chinese culture, the Jade stone stands for various things, including loyalty, wisdom, purity and justice. If
you require those virtues in your life, this cocktail is for you! Here’s the
ingredients:

  • Cointreau
  • lime juice
  • white rum
  • green creme de menthe

This sweet, fruity and punchy cocktail is simple to put together. All you need to do mix all the ingredients
together and strain into a martini glass. Yum!

3. The Opium Cocktail

With a combination of Cuban ingredients and Asian flavours, this cocktail has a surprising,
yet refreshing concoction. Here’s the ingredients:

  • bourbon
  • grapefruit juice
  • lemon
  • poppy seed tincture
  • poppy seeds

To make this unique cocktail, pour the liquids and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and shake until the mixture is nice and cold. Then, pour the mixture into a glass and top with poppy seeds if desired.

4. Monkey in a Tree

In Chinese culture, the monkey symbolises cleverness. This cocktail is
wonderfully tropical, born from an array of flavours. Here’s
the ingredients:

  • rum
  • creme de banana
  • grenadine
  • pineapple juice
  • midori

To make this tropical cocktail, mix all the ingredients but the Midori into a glass. Then, pour
the Midori in the middle, or blend together. Finish with a pineapple wedge as garnish.

5. China Blue

Blue symbolizes healing calm in Chinese culture and this special cocktail represents that
with its light, delicate and slightly sweet flavour. Not to mention the cocktails beautiful sky
blue colour! The ingredients are:

  • blue curacao
  • white grapefruit juice
  • lychee liqueur

Fill up a tall glass with ice and pour in the ingredients. Garnish with a cherry on top!
