Sparkling Cranberry Prosecco Cocktail

This holiday cocktail is perfectly festive and fun – and only requires 3 ingredients! It’s
simple, crisp and delicious. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Prosecco
  • Grand Marnier
  • cranberry juice
  • Lime wedges and cranberries

Combine the fizz, Grand Marnier and cranberry juice into a cocktail glass of your
choice. If desired, add a dash of lime and garnish with lime wedges and cranberries. Stir
gently and serve.

The Bellini

The Bellini is a classic prosecco cocktail that is perfect to serve at any party. In our opinion, they work well as an Xmas day aperitif. The ingredients are simple – you will only need:

  •  peach purée
  • cold prosecco

Pour the purée into a flute and top up with cool prosecco. Stir very gently and ensure you keep all those beautiful bubbles in tact.

The Sgroppino

Enjoy this minty and delicious Sgroppino as either a drink or dessert! To prepare, you will

  • lemon sorbet
  • prosecco
  • vodka
  • chopped mint

In a cocktail shaker, add together the sorbet and a healthy splash of prosecco. Then, slowly pour in the vodka, more prosecco and serve in a fancy
glass. For a punchy, minty note, sprinkle with mint leaves.

The Prosecco Julep

Another minty cocktail to enjoy this Christmas! If you want to throw a festive ball this
season, you’ll need this in hand. The ingredients include:

  • fresh mint
  • sugar cubes

Put the mint and sugar in a mixer and add in the all-important bourbon. Add the prosecco
