Sparkling Cranberry Prosecco Cocktail
This holiday cocktail is perfectly festive and fun – and only requires 3 ingredients! It’s
simple, crisp and delicious. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 5 oz Prosecco
- 2 tb Grand Marnier
- 2 tb cold sweetened cranberry juice
- Lime wedges and cranberries for garnish (optional)
Combine the prosecco, Grand Marnier and cranberry juice into a cocktail glass of your
choice. If desired, add a dash of lime and garnish with lime wedges and cranberries. Stir
gently and serve.
The Bellini is a classic prosecco cocktail that’s perfect to serve at any holiday party or as an aperitif
before Christmas dinner. The ingredients are simple – you will only need:
- 50ml peach purée
- 100ml cold prosecco
Pour the peach purée into a champagne flute and top up with prosecco. Stir together gently
to mix the peach and prosecco together without losing any of the fizz.
Enjoy this minty and delicious Sgroppino as either a drink or desert! To prepare, you will
- 1 ⁄ 3 cup lemon sorbet
- 3 oz. prosecco
- 1 oz. vodka
- ¼ tsp chopped fresh mint leaves
In a cocktail shaker, whisk together the sorbet and a splash of prosecco. While you are
whisking, slowly pour in the vodka and then the rest of the prosecco and serve in a martini
glass. For a minty finish, sprinkle with mint.
Cherry Bakewell Prosecco
If you’re a fan of the tart, then why not enjoy this Cherry Bakewell prosecco on Christmas
day? The ingredients needed are:
- 15ml Amaretto Disaronno
- 1 bottle prosecco
- 1 pack of heritage cherries
To make, mash two or three heritage cherries into a pulp and scoop to the bottom of your
chosen glass. Pour a shot of Amaretto Disaronno and then fill the rest of the glass with
prosecco and enjoy!
The Prosecco Julep
Another minty cocktail to enjoy this Christmas! If you want to throw a festive ball this
season, you’ll need this in hand. The ingredients include:
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 dash bourbon
